Don’t worry, it doesn’t taste like spinach. It tastes like a guilty desert! Refreshing, sweet, and full of flavor!
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 lb spinach
2 tbsp almond milk
You need a strong food processor or a blender like a Vitamix that allows you to press down on the frozen fruits while you process.
Add all the ingredients into the blender/processor and begin mixing until it forms a smooth consistency. You may need to stop, press down, and continue processing until it all comes together.
It should look like a sorbet when you’re done.
Top with healthy granola (check your sugars!) or some Kashi cereal!
It’s a great healthy snack or desert!
